Key Responsibilities & Duties: Manage monthly bookkeeping and financial statement preparation Conduct bank reconciliations and handle bank statements Prepare monthly and quarterly reports Make journal entries accurately and timely Collaborate with team during busy season for year-end tasks Required Qualifications & Experience: 3+ years of bookkeeping experience Proficient in financial statement preparation Strong skills in bank reconciliation and journal entries Ability to work overtime during busy seasons Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience in the medical, O&G, construction, or manufacturing fields Familiarity with accounting software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Compensation for overtime hours Option for extra PTO or additional pay 100% health insurance coverage 3% match on 401k and profit-sharing plan 2 weeks PTO and 1-week sick leave from the start If you are interested in learning more about the Bookkeeper opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
