Client Success Manager

Waybetter Marketing is a higher ed-focused marketing agency based in Columbia, Maryland. We’re looking for a savvy client success manager with strong tactical fluency and 5+ years of the below experience within commuting distance. This hybrid role blends client-facing account management and presentation skills with hands-on results analysis and CRM optimization. Client Management: Host client calls, conduct partner presentations, travel to campuses. Project Management : Fluidly transition between different client needs and tasks throughout the day, project managing key projects as they flow through the organization. CRM Mastery: Understand segmentation, dynamic content, and audience experience to optimize each outreach channel; audit client-owned enrollment processes within the CRM and recommend improvements. Quality Assurance : Ensure every email, website, SMS, and campaign variation renders and functions as intended for the unique audience. Results Analysis : Rigorously study results and improve them through strategic adjustments and optimizations. Own them in and out.
