Lead Data Scientist

Requirements 8+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research. Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with the ability to mentor and guide other engineers. Strong technical background in computer science, mathematics, and machine learning. Experience working with AI systems or recommendation engines. Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, classification models, CNNs, and transformer architectures. Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, as well as cloud-based ML platforms. Experience building and optimizing ML models. Experience working with large-scale data pipelines and model training. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems.
