Talent Acquisition Specialist - Hoffman Estates, IL
$65,000-$80,000 (Depending on experience) + Free Benefits, PTO, Bonus and More

Responsibilities:
- Own the recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to reference checks and offer negotiations
- Welcome new hires with payroll/benefits orientation and set them up for success
- Advise leaders on recruitment strategies and best practices
- Build strong relationships with managers to stay ahead of hiring needs
- Coordinate with third-party recruiting agencies to support talent acquisition efforts, manage candidate submissions, and facilitate communication throughout the hiring process
- Research market trends and keep us competitive on salaries, benefits, and practices
- Develop and implement creative ways to attract top talent
- Support HR with employee records, performance reviews, and other key projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ years of experience within same or similar role
- Bilingual in Spanish a big plus
- A passion for recruitment and an understanding of HR processes
- Strong communication skills - you can connect with anyone, anywhere
- Ability to handle confidential information with care
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
