LHH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our client to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for production, skilled trades, and operational positions. This role will play a critical part in attracting top talent, building workforce pipelines, and supporting the company's continued growth through strategic recruiting initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, excels at sourcing hard-to-find talent, and enjoys partnering with hiring managers to deliver exceptional hiring results. Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for production, skilled labor, and other manufacturing positions, including requisition management, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates while minimizing third-party recruiting costs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, referrals, social media recruiting, and industry partnerships.
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, trade schools, and community outreach programs to promote employment opportunities and strengthen candidate pipelines.
• Develop relationships with local schools, technical colleges, workforce development programs, and community organizations.
• Track, analyze, and benchmark talent acquisition metrics to drive recruiting effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Manage recruiting activities within UKG Pro, including job postings, requisition approvals, reporting, and job description maintenance.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Train hiring managers on recruiting tools, interviewing best practices, and onboarding procedures.
• Support the execution of new hire onboarding programs to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruiting and hiring process.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources team to support workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades environment.
• Experience recruiting for production, maintenance, skilled trades, engineering, or operations positions.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms, preferably UKG Pro.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills with a proven ability to identify talent through multiple recruiting channels.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using recruiting metrics to drive decision-making.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay/Benefits

• $25/hr - $34/hr depending on experience

Pay Details: $25.00 to $34.00 per hour
