Human Resources Manager

We are hiring a Human Resources Manager for a growing organization! The HR Manager, Corporate leads the people strategy and day-to-day HR support for the corporate function while owning several company-wide HR programs. This role designs the organization's performance management philosophy and administers the performance process for the corporate population, serves as the primary employee relations partner for corporate employees, and acts as a trusted HR business partner to designated leadership teams through recurring quarterly business reviews. Beyond corporate, this person owns company-wide engagement, onboarding, and learning & development programs, ensuring a consistent employee experience across the business. The role carries two direct reports and is expected to balance hands-on program ownership with strategic influence at the leadership table. The position pay range is $100k-$115k plus bonus and benefits include health, short and long term 401k with a match and PTO. This is a hybrid position.

- Team Leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting a multi-state or multi-site employee population.
- 6–8+ years of progressive HR generalist or HR business partner experience, including ownership of at least one major program (performance management, engagement, onboarding, or L&D
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification.
- Demonstrated experience independently leading employee relations investigations and sensitive personnel matters.
- Experience designing or redesigning a performance management framework, not just administering an existing one.
- Comfort presenting data and recommendations to senior leadership, including experience running recurring business reviews.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report, or clear readiness to step into people management.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
