In this role, you will serve as a critical operational partner to our Strategic Talent Advisors (Recruiters), ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Operational SupportSupport a high-volume recruiting team with day-to-day administrative tasksProcess a variety of administrative requests from recruiters and hiring managersManage special projects as needed to support the broader recruiting functionOffer Letter ManagementPrepare, review, and send offer letters to candidates upon recruiter requestEnsure 100% accuracy in offer letter documentation and detailsCoordinate with HR Operations to process offer acceptance and pre-employment screeningInterview SchedulingCoordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholdersManage calendar logistics with precision and professionalismLeverage ATS to track interview status and candidate feedbackPre-Hire Process AdministrationAdminister pre-hire processes including background screenings and reference checksPartner with recruiters and HR Ops to ensure timely completion of documentationSupport new hire onboarding coordinationWhat We're Looking ForHigh-volume experience: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detailOrganizational skills: Exceptional ability to juggle multiple calendars and deadlinesCommunication: Clear, professional written and verbal communicationTech savvy: Comfort with ATS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and collaboration toolsTeam-oriented mindset: Proactive support approach with strong sense of urgencyDiscretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyPosition DetailsEmployment Type: W2 ContractDuration: 6 MonthsLocation: Chandler, AZWork Model: Hybrid — 3 days/week on-siteThe position described above provides a summary of some the job duties required and what it would be like to work at Insight.
