Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and best practices. Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and facility policies. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures. Perform minor procedures as needed and within the scope of practice. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in nursing and healthcare. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of healthcare policies. Qualifications: Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Valid Nurse Practitioner license in [state]. Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., ANCC, AANP). Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
