Corporate:Light & Wonder’s corporate team is comprised of incredible talent that works across the enterprise, defying boundaries to provide essential services in an extraordinary manner to ensure the success of the organization and the well-being of employees.Position SummaryThe Director, AI Transformation Management Office (TMO) is responsible for leading and scaling Light & Wonder’s enterprise AI transformation agenda within the Strategy and Transformation organization, in close partnership with executive leadership, technology, and business unit leaders. This high-visibility role is accountable for translating AI strategy into measurable business outcomes and ensuring sustained adoption across the organization.Light & Wonder has embarked on an ambitious AI-enabled transformation, and this role will serve as a core architect and operator of that journey, bridging strategy, execution, change, and value realization.Primary Roles and Responsibilities Include:Lead Development of the Enterprise AI Transformation AgendaPartner with executive leadership to shape and maintain a multi-year enterprise AI transformation roadmap aligned to strategy and financial objectives.Translate strategic AI priorities into a sequenced, executable portfolio of initiatives across business units and functions.Ensure AI initiatives are incorporated into annual planning, investment governance, and long-range financial plans.Execution and Governance of the AI Transformation PortfolioLead execution of AI initiatives, ensuring accountability, delivery discipline, and transparency.Establish and run AI TMO governance forums, executive readouts, and performance tracking.Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints; proactively drive mitigation and decision-making.Value Realization and Business AdoptionPartner with business leaders to define, track, and realize financial and operational value from AI initiatives.Ensure AI solutions are operationalized into workflows, decision processes, and operating models.Scale successful pilots into repeatable enterprise capabilities.Operating Model, Enablement, and Change LeadershipDesign and evolve the enterprise AI operating model, including roles, responsibilities, and ways of working.Support enterprise enablement efforts to build AI literacy and adoption.Act as a senior change leader ensuring alignment between leadership intent and organizational behavior.Executive Leadership Collaboration and Strategic Program SupportServe as a trusted partner to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) on AI priorities.Provide hands-on leadership for mission-critical AI and transformation initiatives.Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, insights, and recommendations.We do not request or consider salary history, though candidates may voluntarily share pay expectations.The targeted salary range for this role is $200,000–$250,000 base, and total compensation may include an annual performance bonus. Final compensation is based on experience, skill set, work location, and internal equity.Employees are eligible for comprehensive company‑sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan, tuition assistance, and more.QualificationsExperience5–10+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, technology, or AI-enabled initiatives.Experience in top-tier consulting, enterprise transformation roles, or AI-driven organizations.Strong understanding of AI, data, and modern technology concepts.Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with executive stakeholders.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.EducationBachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Work ConditionsThis position may be based out of one of our main US locations—Las Vegas, Reno, or Chicago—and relocation assistance is available.
