We ensure projects are completed in an expeditious and cost‑efficient manner. Role Description This is a full‑time Land Surveyor Crew Chief position. The Crew Chief will be responsible for performing various types of surveys, including boundary, topographic, ALTA, construction layout, as‑built, etc. The Crew Chief will work on construction sites to provide contractors with requested layout as needed. Qualifications Attention to detail Ability to multitask Ability to work in various weather conditions Applicant must be punctual and reliable Self‑motivated and eager to learn new skills Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, contractors, other surveyors, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Driver's license and safe driving habits required 2+ Years of relevant experience required Proficiency using total stations, GPS systems, robotic instruments, etc. Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license not required $40-45/hour.
