Magnum is hiring a Terminal Coordinator in Waterloo to oversee daily transportation operations and support efficient, safe, and customer-focused terminal performance. This role is responsible for coordinating driver activity, managing freight movement, supporting compliance efforts, and helping ensure operational success across the terminal.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and coordinate daily terminal and transportation operations
• Dispatch drivers and manage delivery schedules and freight movement
• Build strong working relationships with drivers while addressing operational concerns and support needs
• Monitor and manage Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to optimize routing and ensure on-time deliveries
• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers regarding route changes, operational updates, and safety concerns
• Conduct regular safety and compliance meetings to reinforce company policies and DOT regulations
• Support customer service efforts by resolving shipping and delivery issues
• Maintain accurate records related to shipments, driver schedules, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment remains safe and operational
• Communicate operational updates, challenges, and improvement opportunities with leadership
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and transportation regulations
• Support additional operational projects and responsibilities as assigned
