Lead Cloud DevOps SRE
Responsibilities:
- Deploy, manage, and maintain Kubernetes clusters in production environments
- Monitor cluster health, performance, and resource utilization
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pods, nodes, namespaces, and services
- Support CI/CD pipelines integrated with Kubernetes (GitHub, Jenkins (RIO) etc.)
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams for application deployments
- Manage Helm charts, ConfigMaps, Secrets, and RBAC policies
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of Kubernetes workloads
- Respond to incidents and provide L2/L3 support for Kubernetes-related issues
Required skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s)
- Strong understanding of container orchestration and Docker
- Experience with kubectl, Helm, and Kubernetes networking (Ingress, Services, DNS)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS (EKS), GCP (GKE) or OnPremises Kubernetes (OpenShift)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, etc...
- Understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration
- Experience with YAML, JSON, and scripting (Bash/Python)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
