Accounting Clerk

Overview ISLAND VIEW CASINO'S Accounting Department is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the casino, including tracking revenue, managing expenses, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Position Title Accounting Clerk (Part‑Time) Responsibilities Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled. Receive payments, process, verify, and reconcile invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. Perform daily accounting and financial functions such as entering data, recording, calculating, summarizing numbers, and reviewing documents for completion. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. At least 1‑2 years of previous accounts payable experience required. Must have a valid driver license or state‑issued ID; able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Permit. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
