Must be available to work Mon-Fri 7:00- 4:00pm.

- 2 years experience in related field
- Medical and/or Healthcare background desired
- Collecting, verifying, and maintaining employee data, including timekeeping, tax information,
- Calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, PTO , deductions accurately
- Processing payroll and billing on a regular schedule and issuing paychecks or direct deposits
- Maintaining and updating payroll and billing records
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws, as well as company policies
- Reconciling payroll and billing discrepancies and resolving employee inquiries
- Manage the full billing cycle: Create, review, and submit invoices, including electronic bills and paper if required, ensuring compliance with company and healthcare standards
- Accounts receivable management: Track payments, follow up on overdue accounts
- Knowledge of medical billing and coding desired
