Microbiologist IV

Position Overview LaneStaffing is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Microbiologist II to support wastewater surveillance testing and laboratory operations. This role plays a critical part in public health monitoring and requires strong adherence to quality control and chain of custody procedures. Key Responsibilities Perform daily testing of wastewater surveillance samples Maintain strict chain of custody procedures for all samples Conduct quality control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance Receive, log, and properly store laboratory samples Maintain organized and compliant laboratory documentation Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biology, Bacteriology, Microbiology , or a closely related field Minimum of 1 year of laboratory experience in: Bacteriology Serology Virology Preferred Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow structured laboratory protocols Experience working with regulated or compliance-driven processes Strong organizational and documentation skills Why Join LaneStaffing?
