The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for shaping the future of the Thinx® brand in North America and is well‑suited for an experienced brand marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is motivated by building purpose‑led brands with cultural relevance and impact. This role is accountable for driving business strategy, brand plans and delivery of business objectives, including sustained, organic growth grounded in deep consumer understanding. The SBM must have proven experience being able to inspire and galvanize an organization around the brand vision and strategies that bring innovative thinking, new products, and commercial programs to life in the marketplace. The Senior Brand Manager reports to the Vice President/General Manager for Feminine Care® and provides direction to the Brand Manager and Senior Associate Brand Manager; while also leading and influencing cross‑functional partners in a matrix organization to include Creative, Media, Sales, Insights & Analytics, R&D, Product Supply, and Agency partners. Responsibilities Shape the future of the Thinx® brand in North America, developing bold and actionable plans to build the brand and grow the business Drive delivery of business objectives including net sales, operating profit, gross margin and market share Lead the development of Strategic Business Plan, Annual Business Planning and Annual Operating Plans Develop innovation pipeline and lead commercialization of new products in partnership with cross‑functional team Be a trusted partner – solicit feedback from cross‑functional teams and adjust plans to deliver the strongest performance Drive prioritization of resources (people, budget, capital) and keep team focused on core objectives Deliver excellence in execution by managing and clearly communicating a commercial program plan tied to annual and strategic business plans Leverage knowledge of P&L and collaborate with finance and other partners to bring forward real‑time recommendations that drive top and bottom line business results Lead consumption and shipment forecasting for brand; understand risk and opportunities to deliver P&L goals and drive continuous improvement or gap closure efforts to ensure financial objectives are met Drive development of channel‑specific go‑to‑market strategies and plans to maximize presence in market (includes category management, shelving and assortment strategies) Qualifications At least 10 years in marketing with proven brand management experience Entrepreneurial spirit with hands‑on approach to driving results Experienced P&L owner with track record of successfully meeting growth, profit and share goals Demonstrated ability to build strong consumer brands that grow Strong understanding of brand foundational tools: consumer insight identification, strategic brand plan development, innovation pipeline development and creation & execution of marketing plans Culture builder – mobilizes a cross‑functional team, builds engagement and raises performance Strong communication skills and experience translating a vision and strategy into actionable plans eCommerce and DTC channel experience – hands‑on ownership or management of agency partners Bachelor’s degree required Chicago based role Benefits For a complete overview, see Great support for good health with medical, dental, and vision coverage options with no waiting periods or pre‑existing condition restrictions. Kimberly‑Clark will not provide relocation support for this role. Salary Salary Range: 173,400 – 214,200 USD (US locations only). In addition to base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan.
