Location: El Paso, TX Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Position Summary

Mid-West Textile is seeking a Bilingual Sales Support Coordinator to assist with customer inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, social media, website inquiries, and referrals.

This position is responsible for communicating with prospective customers, qualifying inbound leads, maintaining customer records, and supporting the sales team throughout the customer engagement process.

This is not a cold-calling position. All customer inquiries are generated through marketing efforts and inbound customer interest.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, enjoy interacting with people, and be comfortable using computer systems to track customer information and follow-up activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, text message, and WhatsApp.
• Qualify inbound leads and gather customer information.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity notes within the company's CRM system.
• Assign qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative.
• Follow up with prospective customers regarding inquiries and requests.
• Track lead activity and update customer information.
• Generate reports and assist with sales and marketing initiatives.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the customer experience.
• Support administrative and sales-related projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service, administrative support, sales support, call center, inside sales, or related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and electronically.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Experience using CRM software preferred but not required.
• Must reside in or be able to commute to El Paso, Texas.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available.
