You handle fast-paced situations well and can utilize company software with ease. You communicate clearly and can balance several tasks at once. What You'll Bring 6+ months of restoration experience. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Professionalism, dependability, and a valid driver’s license. IICRC certifications (preferred). If this feels like you, we’d love to meet you. What You'll Do Support Daily Operations: Work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards. Work Directly with Customers: Maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job. Keep Projects on Track: Document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs. Promote a Safe Work Environment: Spot potential hazards and help put safe practices in place. Respond When Needed: Participate in the on‑call rotation, including helping with local and out‑of‑town storm work when required.
