Range $20.00 - $30.00 and up based on experience (overtime eligible).Monday - FridayOptions for medical, dental and vision insurance for you and your family.A 401K plan with a company match.PTO and paid holidays.Opportunities for training and advancement.Relevant educational and licensure reimbursement for qualified candidates.Health savings account (HSA).Life insurance.Employee assistance program.Referral bonuses.What you need:2+ years of proven experience in an office setting, providing support and maintaining business licenses for all office locations.Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and WordStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated, dependable, and capable of handling multiple prioritiesThis position is best suited for someone who is self-motivated and able to stay on top of deadlines without constant follow-up.Experience with licensing or regulatory compliance is a plusMust be confident in contacting licensing agencies via phone and email to quickly resolve issues and secure necessary applications or updates.What you will do:Prepare, submit, and track business and contractor license applications and renewals.Maintain the licensing software to ensure timely renewals and filings.Communicate with state and local regulatory agencies to confirm licensing requirements and resolve issues.Collaborate with internal departments and field offices to collect and verify required documentation.Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all licenses and compliance materials.Conduct research on licensing laws and requirements in various jurisdictionsWork independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to include tasks such as: operate office equipment, issuing guest badges, filing documents, stocking the kitchen and office, providing clerical support, and greeting or directing guests accordingly.Greet guests, directing them as needed, being aware of executives' schedules.Implement emergency procedures (fire drills, exit routes) in compliance with local laws.Assisting in scheduling meetings, reserving conference rooms, updating the daily schedules, and ordering and setting up meals as needed.Handles US mail, and private delivery services, to include delivery and/or pick up as required.Maintain office standard by stocking the office kitchen, and office supplies.VSC Fire and Security is a drug free workplace.Equal opportunity employerWe look forward to hearing from you!
