School Based Mental Health Therapist

Therapeutic Services Agency, Inc (TSA) is hiring licensed mental health professionals or clinical trainees (Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, Psychology or related field) to work in our school‑linked mental health program (SLBH) located in Pine City, MN and Hinckley, MN. The clinician partners with school administrators and teachers to deliver individual, family, group and play therapy services to students while receiving supervision from the larger SLBH team. Responsibilities Partner with school administrators and teachers to deliver therapeutic services to students. Provide individual, family, group and play therapy to students, including crisis interventions. Participate in team supervision and provide supervisory support to trainees as appropriate. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with agency and state policies. Qualifications Licensed Professional with a master’s degree in Social Work (LMFT, LICSW, LPCC, etc.) or Master’s degree on a licensure track. Positive interpersonal skills and experience working with school professionals. Computer and organizational skills. CTSS experience preferred. Criminal background check required (TSA will conduct). Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate $22.00–$30.00. Competitive salary, benefits, licensure supervision support, and a Student Loan Forgiveness Program may be available. Location Pine County School Districts – Pine City High School, Pine City, MN; Hinckley Elementary & High School, Hinckley, MN. Positions may be full‑time or part‑time.
