What You’ll Do Collaborate closely with field leadership to understand their talent needs and implement effective recruitment strategies. Utilize data‑driven approaches to enhance our recruitment efforts, ensuring the highest quality hires for KBP Brands. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, fostering diverse applicant pools through various channels. Maintain a relentless focus on finding the best talent, demonstrating exceptional interviewing and communication skills. Stay ahead of hiring trends, leveraging cutting‑edge recruitment processes and technologies to attract top candidates. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of high-volume recruiting experience, with a proven track record in recruiting for multiple locations. Strong oral and written communication skills, complemented by excellent interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in utilizing a variety of ATS and recruiting platforms, showcasing your tech‑savvy nature. A sense of urgency and a can‑do attitude, coupled with a deep desire to discover and hire the best talent in the industry. Knowledge of restaurant and/or retail operations is preferred but not required, showcasing your understanding of the unique demands of our industry.
