Accounts Payable Specialist
Immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist!
Pay is $24-$27 per hour / 40 hours per week / 8am-5pm Mon-Fri in office
Excellent work environment with great benefits!
Position involves all AP functions including:
- Receiving, verifying and processing invoices for weekly check runs
- Tracking of all PO’s
- Completing vendor credit applications as needed
- Three way matching of invoices for payment
- Maintenance of W-9’s, 1099’s and COI’s for Vendors
- ACH, Wire and credit card payments as needed
Desired Experience/skills:
- High volume A/P processing (1000 invoices per month)
- Syteline Software
- 5 years Accounts payable experience in a manufacturing environment
