Job Description
• Plan and coordinate ocean, air, and ground shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Analyze logistics operations and optimize routing, transit times, and costs.
• Coordinate bookings with carriers, trucking companies, and agents; confirm space and schedules.
• Maintain relationship with customers, carriers, and vendors to ensure service quality.
• Assess customer requirements and implement logistics solutions to meet service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international regulations, including FMC, TSA, and customs requirements.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve delays and address operational issues.
• Review shipping documents for accuracy, including bills of lading and export filings.
• Evaluate logistics performance and prepare operational reports.
• Coordinate warehouse activities, including storage and cargo handling.
• Collaborate with internal teams and global agents to support operations.
• Identify process improvements and support implementation of logistics technologies.
Degree requirement: Bachelor degree in Economics, International Relations or Business
Experience: 24 months in the job offer or logistics coordinator
