Key Responsibilities

• Drive New Business: Prospect, cold-call, and network to secure premium B2B accounts within the Greater Houston multifamily sector.
• Nurture Relationships: Build deep, trusted partnerships with local property management decision-makers, regional supervisors, and real estate ownership groups.
• Own the Sales Cycle: Manage the full commercial sales pipeline seamlessly from cold outbound prospecting through structured contract execution.
• Present Economic Value: Deliver compelling, value-based proposals that explicitly showcase service superiority and bottom-line financial impact.
• Expand Existing Accounts: Proactively engage current client portfolios to maintain excellent retention metrics and cross-sell supplementary services.
• Network Locally: Represent the brand at Houston Apartment Association (HAA) events and maintain an active, highly visible presence within the local multifamily ecosystem.
• Track Performance: Maintain rigorous, real-time pipeline activity tracking, accurate forecasting, and key account information within Salesforce.

Position Requirements

• B2B Sales Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of proven business-to-business sales experience, specifically within the pest control industry.
• Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently hitting or exceeding defined revenue quotas and gross profit targets.
• Core Sales Skills: Strong competency in cold calling, outbound prospecting, account navigation, and closing multi-site agreements.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the absolute confidence to pitch to property-level staff and executive corporate suites.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient execution using CRM infrastructure, iPads, modern sales productivity apps, and standard tech suites.
• Mobility: Willingness and capacity to travel daily throughout the assigned Greater Houston geographic territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry Background: Direct sales experience navigating the multifamily housing, property management, or commercial real estate space.
• Local Network: Existing relational network with Houston-area property management operations, ownership networks, or active professional tenure within the HAA.
• Business Model: Prior experience working with service-based offerings centered on contractual, recurring revenue pipelines.
