The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions in a regulated financial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end design and development of enterprise applications using .NET Core /.NET FrameworkProvide technical leadership, code reviews, and best-practice guidance to development teamsCollaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to translate banking requirements into technical solutionsDesign and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architecturesEnsure application security, performance, scalability, and compliance with banking regulationsOversee CI/CD pipelines, release management, and production support activitiesTroubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root-cause analysisMentor junior developers and promote Agile/Scrum best practicesCoordinate with QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams for seamless deliveryRequired Skills & Qualifications10+ years of experience in software development with .NET technologiesStrong expertise in C#, ASP.NET,.
