Role Overview As a VP, Projects, you will play a crucial role in driving outstanding project management and delivering exceptional results. The position requires inspiring and leading a dynamic team of project managers while ensuring smooth project execution. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship, guidance and support to foster professional growth and development. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope and deliverables, ensuring alignment with clients’ goals. Develop and implement project management strategies and innovative methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Oversee project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Champion a culture of collaboration by engaging with cross‑functional teams locally and globally. Promote inclusivity and belonging, supporting wellbeing and a diverse workforce. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnering with the business development team to drive growth and expand client relationships. Lead sales and cross‑selling meetings, develop client pursuit strategies, pitch effectively, secure new business and execute projects across the PDS platform. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture). 10+ years of experience in project management within the commercial real estate industry. Strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Proven experience in leading and managing high‑performing teams, with exceptional communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements. Strong financial acumen with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting. Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships. Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, focused on delivering innovative solutions. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, project management). Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, Six Sigma. Experience working in a global organization and collaborating with multicultural teams. Knowledge of industry‑leading project management software and technologies. Proven experience in business development and securing new project opportunities. Ability to travel as needed.
