We are currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist for our Beaverton, OR office.

Essential Job Duties

• Highly detail oriented to extract and match data with the correct invoice
• Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly audits
• Driven by tasks. Having the ability to stay focused and motivated through repetitive data entry will allow you to succeed in this position
• Experience administering invoices and contracts is a plus!

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred
• Basic experience and skill set with Excel, Word, and spreadsheet proficient
• Usage of both soft and hard skills to effectively deliver results.
