Pacific Partners Insulation South today! Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payroll for all employees
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including job costing, prevailing wage, and certified payroll reports
- Maintain and update payroll records
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
- Prepare and submit certified payroll reports
- Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Experience in construction payroll
- Strong understanding of job costing, prevailing wage, and certified payroll reports
- Proficiency in payroll software and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
