Coordinate workers’ compensation matters and related HR follow-through. Respond to employee questions through email, phone, and other channels during open enrollment. Use Workday across HR, recruiting, and payroll processes. Support HR operations and employee relations through clear, professional communication. Must-Have Skills/Experience Workday experience in an HR environment. Multi-state HR experience, including leaves administration and workers’ compensation.
