Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a minimum of four years of expertise in onboarding and offboarding processes, employee support, and M&A integration activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee transitions, ensuring a seamless experience for both new hires and departing employees. Additionally, this role will oversee HR systems, ensure compliance with employment laws, and provide support across various HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and execute all aspects of the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees. Manage and maintain HR systems, primarily within ADP, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist in administering employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and communication of benefits information. Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Support performance management processes and employee relations initiatives as needed. Collaborate with various departments to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives. Assist with HR reporting, audits, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Provide support for recruiting and payroll processes as needed. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, with a focus on onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and employee support. Experience working with ADP HRIS or similar HR management systems. Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus. Experience supporting multi-state HR operations. Prior experience in a fast-growing or dynamic organization is preferred.
