We're looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team and help us continue to deliver the warm, welcoming experience our customers know and love.

As our Sous Chef, you'll play a vital role in our kitchen, working closely with our Head Chef to ensure every dish meets our high standards of quality and authenticity. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation and presentation of traditional German dishes.
• Managing kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Overseeing food preparation to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes.
• Training and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Monitoring inventory and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.

We're seeking a skilled and passionate individual who can bring their expertise to our kitchen. To thrive in this role, you should have:

• 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role.
• A strong understanding of traditional German cuisine or a willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to upholding food safety and sanitation standards.
