The Construction Sales Representative plays a vital role in driving new customer acquisition and supporting retention within the construction industry. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this position involves a majority of fieldwork visiting construction sites to connect with potential clients and foster strong relationships. The role leverages industry-specific sales tools and CRM software, such as Salesforce, to effectively manage client interactions and sales pipelines.

• Prospect and generate leads to expand client base
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations to potential customers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of construction industry
