Graphic Designer

Type: Initially Part-Time then Full-Time We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer to support both client work and our internal brands. You’ll work across a wide range of design tasks and help shape the look and feel of the projects we deliver. This role is perfect for someone who’s proactive, detail-focused, and excited to grow into a larger, ongoing position within our team. Key Responsibilities Design brand books and style guides Create web banners, logos, and marketing graphics Produce website mockups and app UI/UX concepts Join creative strategy and brainstorming sessions Develop smart, fresh ideas that boost brand visibility Stay up to date with design trends and tools Produce assets for social media Qualifications A good person first Fast learner with strong self-motivation Skilled in Figma and Illustrator Strong written and verbal communication Able to juggle multiple tasks Familiar with basic task management tools like Asana or Notion Your Path to a Long-Term Partnership You’ll start with task-based assignments so we can test compatibility Tasks may range from simple sections to full website designs Trial compensation is $25–$75 per task depending on complexity If the collaboration is a great fit, we’ll move you to a monthly Deel contract Trial payments are handled through Wise Mention the word elephant in your application to confirm you’ve read everything.
