The Receptionist provides general office support and directs communications.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 2 years of experience in an office environment.
Job Functions: Answer and route incoming calls; provide information and take messages. Handle copying, faxing, and mailing tasks. Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain and update the postage machine as needed. Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner. Support the office manager and assist with special projects as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of general office practices and techniques. Ability to communicate effectively with management, employees and visitors. Skilled in the use of computers and the Microsoft Office suite of applications. Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented. Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information.
