Director of Enrollment

To support a growing oncology practice, the remote Director of Enrollment will build and lead a team responsible for patient outreach, educating individuals about Daymark's care model, and converting inquiries into scheduled visits while managing the enrollment funnel and performance metrics. Key responsibilities Hire, manage, and develop a team of Enrollment Specialists, creating a playbook for onboarding and performance coaching Own the enrollment funnel in collaboration with clinical and market leadership, refining processes based on data insights Build and maintain the Salesforce system to track patient interactions and integrate enrollment into new patient workflows Required qualifications Background in sales, enrollment, or patient engagement/access, preferably in healthcare or health tech Direct experience managing a team in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment Proven ability to build and refine processes and systems, including Salesforce administration Strong analytical skills to interpret call metrics and funnel data for operational improvements Demonstrated leadership with empathy and accountability, focused on enhancing patient experiences
