Job Description Lips — New York’s ultimate in drag dining for 30 years — is seeking a General Manager to lead our vibrant NYC venue. This role requires a dynamic leader with hospitality and restaurant management experience, passionate about drag culture and delivering unforgettable guest experiences. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of a high-volume entertainment restaurant Ensure food and beverage costs are in line Scheduling and payroll Liquor purchasing Lead a medium-sized team of 10-30 staff, providing training and performance oversight Ensure exceptional customer experience through direct involvement and staff guidance Oversee daily drag show production and coordinate with performers Monitor inventory and vendor relations to maintain operational efficiency Collaborate with marketing to drive promotions and audience engagement Resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive environment Utilize POS and staff scheduling software effectively Preferred Qualifications 2+ years in hospitality management Experience in staff supervision and customer service Skills in conflict resolution and marketing fundamentals Strong leadership and communication abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr Chris Baily
