IT Manager, Vision Deliver

Johnson & Johnson seeks an IT Manager for Vision Deliver to lead technical product strategy and delivery across warehouse management, distribution, and automation platforms supporting U.S. distribution centers. The role combines product ownership, technical governance, team leadership, and operational excellence in a supply chain technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for warehouse management and DC automation capabilities
• Partner with architects and business teams to establish technical architecture, standards alignment, and governance
• Own backlog prioritization, translate requirements into user stories, and lead squad ceremonies and release planning
• Lead service performance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across SAP EWM, WMS, and integrated systems
• Manage direct reports (1–2 employees) and oversee contractors (3–5); handle performance reviews and staffing recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, supply chain, engineering, or related field
• 5–7 years supply chain or warehouse operations technology experience
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end distribution, logistics, and warehouse management processes
• Techno-functional SAP experience with at least one warehouse implementation completed
• Proven experience owning product roadmaps, backlogs, and measurable business outcomes
• Cross-functional delivery leadership using agile, scaled agile, waterfall, or hybrid methods
• People leadership skills including work planning, coaching, and performance management
