Veterinary Technician - Emergency Round Rock, TX Shift available: 3 day, 12 hour shift, including Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 12pm-12am Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $23.50- $26 / hour. About You We are looking for an Emergency Veterinary Technician to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community. Role Responsibilities Emergency Veterinary Technicians perform a variety of animal-health duties and ensure quality pet and client care. The Emergency Technician should be proficient in: client care and communication, efficient patient assessments, quick response to emergencies, patient monitoring, venipuncture, IV catheter placement, patient recovery, anesthetic monitoring, diagnostic imaging, and medical math.
