Part Time Position With Flexible SchedulingAt Toot 'n Totum, we 're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.The Receptionist serves as an integral part of the Finance team by providing customer service expertise to a busy retail/c-store environment. This position is responsible for providing support to the Support Center and all Toot'n Totum entities.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Greet guests, vendors and other visitors at the Support Center offices daily.Answer calls via multi-line switchboard and redirect as appropriate.Send faxes and overnight answering service messages to the appropriate department.Provide paper checks to team members when visiting to pick up at the Support Center.Provide administrative support for finance, operations, and district teams.Count store coupons, enter MS Office tracking file and submit coupons for payment each month.Open, sort, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail.Order office supplies for Support CenterSupport and facilitate organizational changes, continuous improvement and communication.Embody personal leadership qualities through the following: Be in the moment to ensure authentic and humanistic interactions.
