Campus Office/Attendance Clerk

Office AssistantOpen Until filledTo effect the efficient operation of office routines and practices associated with a busy, productive, and smoothly run office so it can play its effective part in the education process.Salary will be based on minimum for pay grade plus years of related experience.Minimum Education/Certification:High school diploma or equivalentCollege and computer classes helpfulProof of typing > 40 WPMSpecial Knowledge/Skills:Have excellent typing speed and accuracyComputer and/or work processing skills are helpful but not mandatory.Good communication skills are very necessary.Physical and Mental Abilities:Have the ability to lift 40-50 poundsBe able to stoop and bend and reach fully above headPossess acute and/or corrected visual and hearing capabilitiesPossess manual dexterityPossess average or better energy, health and vitalityPosition will require incumbent:Work in a confined area with other employeesRegular attendance is an essential function.Have appropriate clerical or secretarial experience as required by supervisor
