Commercial Lines Account Manager

Oversee and service a portfolio of mid-to-large commercial insurance accounts Provide ongoing client service and renewal support Work directly with clients and carrier underwriters to address service-related needs Solicit and assess quotes from multiple insurance carriers Prepare applications and submissions for new and renewal business Monitor renewals, policy expirations and binders for accuracy and timely completion Develop coverage comparisons and identify potential coverage gaps Recommend appropriate coverage enhancements and risk solutions Support clients with claims-related matters when necessary Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling Maintain complete and accurate account information within agency management systems Qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance within an agency or underwriting environment Strong knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance Active Texas Property & Casualty License required Excellent communication and relationship management abilities Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel Experience with Applied Epic and/or CSR24 is a plus CISR, CIC or CPCU designation, or active pursuit of industry certifications, preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr CivicMinds, Inc
