Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Job Description Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is integral to our continued growth and success, offering an opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts in the construction and oil & gas industries. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial insurance, exceptional organizational skills, and a client-focused approach. This position offers a hybrid work environment following an initial training period. Compensation Package Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Manage a book of business with premiums ranging from $7MM to $8MM. Handle accounts with premiums between $150K and $1MM, primarily in the construction and oil & gas sectors. Oversee marketing efforts, client communications, and invoicing. Quote new and renewal business as needed. Collaborate with assistants who handle certificates, endorsements, and change requests. Ensure timely and accurate service delivery to clients. Maintain organized and detailed records of client interactions and account activities. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in commercial insurance, with a focus on construction and oil & gas accounts. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred, but training will be provided if necessary. Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a driven, client-focused mindset.
