This role is responsible for healthcare recruiting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding, new hire orientation, and HRIS administration. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Talent Acquisition:Manage recruiting activities for clinical and non-clinical positionsPost and maintain job openings in Paylocity and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Source candidates through job boards, schools, community partnerships, and professional networksScreen applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring managersConduct reference checks, background screenings, OIG screenings, and credential verificationPrepare offer letters and coordinate pre-employment requirementsTrack recruiting metrics and support a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processEmployee Onboarding:Coordinate all onboarding activities for newly hired employeesProcess new hire paperwork and maintain personnel recordsSet up employees in Paylocity and HRIS systemsCoordinate compliance training, orientation, and onboarding requirementsTrack employee licenses, certifications, and renewal datesServe as a resource for new employees and help ensure a smooth transition into the organizationHR Support:Maintain accurate employee records and documentationComplete employment verification requestsPrepare HR reports and workforce data as neededSupport employee engagement and employee recognition initiativesAssist with HR projects and administrative activitiesMaintain strict confidentiality of employee and organizational informationRequirements:Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of two (2) years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, human resources, healthcare administration, or a related fieldExperience working with an ATS, HRIS, or payroll systemProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointStrong organizational, communication, and customer service skillsExceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgmentPreferred License/Experience/Skills:Healthcare recruiting or medical practice experienceExperience with PaylocityKnowledge of healthcare credentialing, licensure verification, and compliance requirementsCompensation and Benefits:Competitive pay $28.00 - $33.00Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with Profit SharingPaid time off and paid holidaysEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Professional development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentEqual employment opportunity for all is a very important philosophy for our practice.
