As the Internal Communications Lead – Content, based at our headquarters in Coopersburg, PA, you play a central role in bringing our strategy, culture, and priorities to life for employees around the world. You are a trusted storytelling partner to HR and business leaders—crafting thoughtful, engaging communications that inform, inspire, and unite a diverse, global, multi‑lingual workforce. From enterprise initiatives and change efforts to leadership messages and employee programs, your work ensures every message is clear, meaningful, and aligned with who we are. Responsibilities Create, write, edit, and deliver a wide range of internal communication content that keeps employees informed, engaged, and connected to the business Own and manage key internal communication channels, including intranet pages, newsletters, and town halls Lead integrated internal communications campaigns in support of change management, leadership communications, and enterprise initiatives Partner with HR, business teams, and Communication Champions to gather insights and translate them into compelling stories Build strong relationships with business leaders, plant managers, and employees to ensure communications reflect a global perspective Translate complex or technical information into clear, employee‑friendly messaging Support executive and leader communications, including talking points and presentations Ensure messages consistently reflect Lutron’s culture, values, and voice Use insights and metrics to continuously improve communication effectiveness Maintain high standards of content accuracy, quality, and timeliness across channels Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Liberal Arts, Journalism, English, or a related field Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 for each degree earned or 10 years of professional experience post‑academics 5–10 years of experience in internal communications or a closely related role Proven writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a passion for strategic storytelling Experience managing internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, email platforms, collaboration tools) Experience planning and delivering communication campaigns Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Ability to work on‑site; must be within commuting distance of the Coopersburg, PA office Preferred Familiarity with employee engagement or change management principles Experience working with a network of Communication Champions Bilingual English–Spanish or English–Mandarin is a plus Core Competencies Clear, audience‑focused writing Excellent organizational and project management skills Collaborative stakeholder partnerships Strong attention to detail and quality Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment Working Relationships HR and People teams Business leaders and functional partners Lutron Electronics is an Equal Opportunity – Affidante – Employer.
