Flex BDR Role Overview Entry‑level sales development position designed for individuals eager to build foundational pipeline generation skills and transition into a full‑time Inbound BDR role. Flex BDRs provide critical support by covering capacity gaps, executing high‑volume campaigns, and contributing to strategic projects. The program includes structured training, mentorship, and hands‑on experience to accelerate your career in technology sales.
