Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a Paraprofessional or Personal Care Assistant preferred
• Ability to build rapport with students and staff in a school setting
• Flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic about supporting diverse learners
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for per diem/as-needed assignments

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with classroom teachers to assist individual students with academic, social, and personal care needs
• Support students in a 1:1 environment to encourage independence and learning
• Implement accommodations and modifications as directed by educational team
• Help facilitate classroom activities and transitions
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all students
