Commercial Client Services Team LeaderInsight Global is seeking an experienced banking professional to lead a Commercial Client Services team supporting corporate and middle-market clients. This individual will oversee daily service delivery, develop staff, partner with key business lines, and drive a high-quality client experience across commercial banking relationships.Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of banking, commercial banking operations, treasury management, or client service experience.Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Knowledge of commercial deposit products, cash management solutions, and online banking platforms.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or banking systems.Responsibilities:Lead and develop a team responsible for servicing commercial and corporate banking clients.Partner closely with relationship managers and business leaders across various industry segments to ensure exceptional client support.Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members while fostering a collaborative culture.Build strong partnerships with operations, treasury management, product, customer support, and other internal stakeholders.Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve procedures, and enhance service quality.Escalate and resolve complex client issues while maintaining strong service standards.Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.
