IT Business Analyst

Nissan is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill an opening for IT Business Analyst at our Franklin, TN. In this role, you will translate complex requirements into actionable insights, drive clarity and alignment across stakeholders, and ensure systems run smoothly within a dynamic production environment. Responsibilities Facilitate communication between cross‑functional teams to keep initiatives moving forward. Lead workshops, interviews, and workflow analysis sessions to uncover business needs. Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and interface designs. Investigate and resolve production issues in partnership with vendors and technical teams. Review system behavior, logs, and data flows to diagnose and support issue resolution. Contribute to testing efforts, including developing use cases and validating system functionality. Support multiple initiatives simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities and occasional off‑hour needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required. 7+ years overall IS/IT experience. 5+ years application development experience. 5+ years experience working with third‑party vendors. Prior experience working with offshore personnel is a plus. Project management experience is a plus.
