How Bankers Life will provide support: Flexible in-office schedules once you complete your agent training and take off as a Full- time producing agent. Entry level Bankers Life agents are provided with pre-licensing training free of charge; individuals will need to pay for the state exam required to sell life and health products. First year agents can also receive up to $19,000 in additional income through our sales matching programs. Once established as a successful producing sales professional, we help you prepare for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam*, which includes coursework, support, and a $2,000 bonus upon completion. This is an exam administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) that is a crucial step for individuals seeking to become Financial Advisors.
