We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services through the Elwyn Early Intervention Program throughout Philadelphia. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services for children in Philadelphia's Preschool Early Intervention program
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers and multidisciplinary team members 
• Complete evaluations, treatment planning, progress updates, and documentation in accordance with Elwyn and state guidelines 
• Participate in IEP meetings and consultations as needed 
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation 

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology 
• Active Pennsylvania SLP license 
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred 
• Early Intervention experience strongly preferred 
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills 
• Ability to work independently while remaining connected with the team
